DAY 1 Beijing/Shanghai to Xian

Arrive Xian, the ancient capital for 11 Chinese Dynasties and the hub of Silk Road trade during the Marco Polo Expedition.  Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a local professional tour guide.  Transfer to hotel.  Rest of the day free at leisure.

DAY 2 Xian

Today¡¦s highlight is the tour of the underground mausoleum of the Emperor Qin Shi Huangdi(259-210 B.C.), where thousands of life-size terra-cotta warriors along with their houses, chariots and weapons, have been guarding the Emperor¡¦s burial site for over 2,000 years.  Tonight enjoy a delightful Imperial Dumpling Banquet and view the spectacular, world-renowned Tang Dynasty Cultural Performance.  (B/L/D)

DAY 3 Xian

Morning tour of City Wall, one of the best preserved ancient wall structure in the world which was built one thousand years ago to protect the silk road trade center Xian. Continue to tour 1300-year-old Wild Goose Pagoda. Transfer to airport for flight home or next destination.  (B)
